6 oz apple cider
6 oz pineapple juice
13 oz soy sauce
13 oz brown sugar
1½ tspn granulated garlic
1½ tspn ginger
Preparation & Cooking Instructions :
Put in a double boiler and cook.
Let steaks marinate for 2-3 days in fridge. This recipe is also suitable for chicken.
